    Take 2 tablets once daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

    Excipients
    Manufacturing Excipients: Ascorbyl palmitate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, glycerol, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone. Incidental Excipients: Maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.

    Warning
    Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
