- Contains tryptophan, a natural amino acid precursor to serotonin and melatonin

Adult Dose
Take 1 tablet three times daily, 1 hour before meals, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Adults only.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, crospovidone, ethylcellulose, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, silicon dioxide. Incidental Excipients: Nil.
Warning
Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water. Phenylketonurics are warned this product contains phenylalanine. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
