Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, glucose, glycerol, hypromellose, lecithin, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, pectin, sodium alginate. Incidental Excipients: Nil.
Warning
Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Individuals who are using prescription antidepressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this product unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stability
SAMe has been specifically formulated to tolerate short term temperature increases to allow for transit outside of refrigeration. A significant quantity of increased overage has been included into the formulation to ensure that the dosage of (S)-S-Adenosylmethionine is maintained for up to 7 days transit time at ambient room temperature without refrigeration.
