Large capsule. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6]. Not to be taken by children under 12 years old. Vitamin and nutrient dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
