Frequently Asked Questions

• Where are Nutritional Insights, Clinical Tools, Understanding Nutrients?
  To make it easier to navigate our resources we have combined all of these sections into the 'RESOURCES' menu item. Here you will be able to find all of our resources by their content type.


• Where has Understanding Disease been moved?
  You can now find this under 'TOOLS' then 'Conditions Index'.
• Where can I find your Events?
  We have moved our events into 'EDUCATION' then ' Webinars & Seminars'.


• Have you made any changes to my account settings?
  No, you will still be able to use your Account Settings like you did before. The only change we made is renaming 'Purchases' to 'Downloads' for clarification.


• If I have a patient set up will they see what I see?
  No, we have limited the sections on our website to only be relevant to patients when they are logged in.


• What do I do if I can't find something?
