There are many children in our local communities that do not have the means to be able to access complementary healthcare assistance, which may be of great value to their condition. Whilst we can’t look after every child needing help, we can certainly reach out and help as many as we can.

Cherish the Future has been founded on three major principles:

  • we cherish the joy that all children bring
  • we cherish good health and wellbeing
  • we cherish the future

It is for this reason that Bio Concepts have teamed together with selected like-minded practitioners who have each identified children in their community and have committed to completing pro bono consultations. We here at Bio Concepts are supporting them by providing all nutritional supplementary products we have available necessary for treatment at no cost.

This is another way that Bio Concepts and practitioners can give back, whilst looking to the future.

Rocco Di Vincenzo
Consultant Dietitian (APD) BSc MND PGrad Dip App Sci

Mr. Rocco Di Vincenzo is a Consultant Dietitian (Accredited Practising Dietitian - APD) and works privately in Brunswick East, Melbourne. Rocco has worked as a Community Senior Dietitian for over a decade and was the Swinburne University Hospital Chief Dietitian. Rocco has completed a Bachelor of Science (Monash University), a Masters in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Deakin University) Postgraduate qualifications from the Australian College of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine at Swinburne University’s Graduate School of Integrative Medicine (GSIM). Rocco has had a keen interest in the area of Functional Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FNEM) for many years and is formally trained in this area.



Gary Hancock
N.D, Dip Ir, Hom, Nut, RM, Clin Hyp

Gary has been in practice for over twenty years. Graduating in 1992 from Health Schools International, he has separate diplomas in Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Iridology, Nutritional Science, Remedial Massage and Clinical Hypnosis. He has lectured for a number of complementary medicine companies and colleges in the NSW Mid North Coast and Victoria. He has also organised and conducted practitioner support and teaching programs, which included helping other practitioners to solve their difficult cases. Gary’s main areas of work have generally been around the mental emotional spheres; however, Gary has a large field of practice ranging from fertility to autism.




Jodi Chapman
BHSc (CompMed)

Jodi Chapman is a Naturopath with extensive experience in clinic establishment and practice management. As a registered Naturopath, Jodi Chapman holds a Bachelor of Health Science and is also qualified in a variety of other modalities, including Neurotherapy, Nutritional Medicine, Herbalism, Biomesotherapy, Kinesiology and Homoeopathy. With over 6 year’s clinical experience, Jodi is the director of a very busy clinic on the Sunshine Coast. As a business professional, Jodi also offers coaching to other practitioners in running their practices successfully by implementing strategies associated with marketing, presentation, finance and administrative management.




Dr Jacques Duff

Dr Jacques Duff is a principal Psychologist, Neuroscientist, Nutritionist, and founder of the Behavioural Neurotherapy Clinic in Melbourne, where he currently sees a high number of children with behavioural abnormalities including ASD, ADHD and other childhood disorders. Dr Duff’s clinical work in this field has been featured on television programs including Good Medicine, Catalyst, The Morning Show, Today Tonight and A Current Affair. Dr Duff has been presenting at conferences since 1999 and is highly regarded in the natural medicine industry.




Amanda Haberecht

Naturopath ND, MATMS

Amanda is the director of Darling Street Health and has practiced as a naturopath for over 18 years with a special interest in all aspects of women’s health from puberty to menopause. Amanda is also passionate about children’s health and nutrition. She treats a wide range of children’s health issues, including food allergies and intolerances, reflux and digestive disorders, atopic conditions, infant nutrition, ADHD and behavioural spectrum disorders, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome, poor immunity and childhood neurological disorders.  Specialising in reproductive health, infertility, miscarriage prevention, recurrent miscarriage and preconception care, Amanda offers an alternative model for women and their partners experiencing issues surrounding conception. 




Ameeta Gangaram

Ameeta is a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist and Hemaview Practitioner with over 13 years’ experience in the Industry. Ameeta completed her Bachelor’s at the Australian College of Natural Medicine (Endeavour) and went on to establish a unique Organic Health Food store and Wellness Clinic. Ameeta is the founder of Organic Matters Wellness Clinic, based in Brisbane. Her passion for encouraging clients to make the change to a more positive and healthy life has seen her clinic grow exponentially.

Ameeta has a keen interest in Children’s Health and Hormonal Conditions. 




Judie Curtin
Naturopath

Judie graduated from Southern School Of Naturopathy in 1990, been in practice for 24 yrs, only briefly stopping to have her three children. Judie works in Wantirna, Victoria, running her own clinic. Whilst seeing all types of patients, Judie enjoys treating families.  She is very passionate about combining the best of medical science with evidence based natural therapies.








Katherine Maslen
Naturopath, Herbalist

Katherine Maslen is a naturopath and herbalist with over 8 years experience in helping patients feel good again. Her passion lies in finding new and innovative ways to educate and inspire people towards better health and wellbeing. Katherine is the creator and director of Brisbane Natural Health, one of Brisbane's most innovative and thriving natural health practices, where along with her team she helps patients to achieve good health so they can live life to their fullest. Katherine is also the author of Get Well, Stay Well (release date August 2014) and has been featured in media outlets such as Wellbeing Magazine, Channel 9, Marie Claire and the City News. 






Alexandra Brewster
Naturopath, RN, Nutritionist, Western Herbal Medicine

Alexandra has 25 years’ experience in mainstream medicine as a registered nurse and midwife and 8 years as a naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist. This combination using current medical knowledge alongside alternative natural therapies such as herbal medicine and nutrition gives Alexandra a holistic approach to treating the source of your health concerns.Alexandra has a special interest in all things family – particularly children and fertility. She also specialises in thyroid dysfunction, believing that there is often a strong correlation between this and infertility. Alexandra is honoured to be chosen for the Cherish the future program and is grateful to be paying it forward and giving a little bit back.




Hamish Everard
N.D. (Naturopath), Naturopathic Physician

Hamish is qualified in Medical Herbalism, Nutritional Medicine, Electro-Dermal Screening, Bio-impedance, Live Blood Analysis and Iridology with 14 years experience. After travelling overseas and seeing how medicine is practiced around the world he has specialised in integrative functional medicine. He undertakes regular training seminars in scientifically based protocols using natural therapies to create effective outcomes for varied types of ill health. He has a great interest in the Body Mind connection and he encourages great personal development for his clients. Hamish uses the Vega and Asyra System for computerised electro-dermal screening looking for a number of imbalances that relate to but are not limited to: viruses, bacteria, fungus, mould, nutritional balance, hormones, food allergies, immune function, yeast, emotional health, heavy metals, environmental toxins.



Gemma Martin
Naturopath

Gemma is a naturopath, researcher, hemaview and VLA practitioner and health educator who has been either practicing or involved in research for the past 9 years. She loves to combine her scientific background with traditional naturopathic knowledge to get the best understanding of her patient's health. Gemma has also provided health education to a wide variety of people, from naturopaths and other health care practitioners to the general public and even delivered fly-in, fly-out health education to mine-site employees. Gemma strongly believes that the body has an innate healing capacity and wants to be well, and works with her patients to achieve this. 




Nikki Warren

Nikki is a degree-qualified naturopath, medical herbalist, doula and owner of Natural Reproductive Care, specialising in fertility and prenatal to postnatal care since 2008.  She runs a busy practice on the Sunshine Coast and has an interest in women’s hormonal health, children’s health and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia. Nikki is on the Board of Directors of the Australian Register of Naturopaths and Herbalists and is passionate about achieving statutory registration for naturopaths and herbalists in Australia.







Corrin Ainley
