Pain patterns can be difficult for patients to recall. Our new Pain Diary is a simple tool to assist your patients record their pain with a visual analogue scale and diagrams to locate pain. It assists the patient to record pain intensity, description of pain, location, triggers and treatment effect, allowing more effective and targeted patient support.
